The present invention relates to a preparation method for an edible oil, comprising: a first roasting step, for roasting sesame seeds; a washing step, for washing the roasted sesame seeds; a second roasting step, for roasting the washed sesame seeds; and an oil extraction step, for extracting oil from the roasted sesame seeds in the second roasting step. Through the repeated roasting process and the washing step, the oil is extracted from the sesame seeds from which the husks have been removed, and thus the bitterness and greasiness of the oil are reduced whereas the storability and aroma are enhanced. Further, benzopyrene and other combustible substances are removed from the oil while beneficial minerals are retained. |
