PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food molding device capable of molding various shapes as well as suppressing a cost.SOLUTION: A fool molding device includes: plural shutter pieces 42 arranged so as to surround dough F1 having a circular cross section and extruded downward and cutting the dough F1 by being closed toward a center of the dough F1; a base arranged under the plural shutter pieces 42 and sandwiching the dough F1 between the base and the plural shutter pieces 42 at least when the plural shutter pieces 42 are closed; and molding pieces 61 arranged between the plural shutter pieces 42 and the base and pressed to the dough F1 from a lateral side of the dough F1 in linkage with closing of the plural shutter pieces 42. The molding piece 61 has a protrusion shape protruded toward the center of the dough F1 and is configured to mold the dough F1 from a circle into a different shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
