PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detach an immersion nozzle fitted to the lower nozzle of an immersion nozzle connection metallic material by both or either one of an actuator and a manual operation.SOLUTION: An immersion nozzle, a detaching method thereof, and a slide valve device are configured such that a toggle mechanism (100) bent by an actuator (S1) is provided in an immersion nozzle metallic material (1) provided in the lower part of a molten metal container (6), and an immersion nozzle (N1) is provided in a holder (N2) at the tip of the toggle mechanism (100), a manual operation handle (T7) is provided in the toggle mechanism (100), and thus the immersion nozzle (N1) can be detached by the manual operation handle (T7) even when the actuator (S1) is malfunctions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
