The cutting rotor (10) has several cutting tools (12) arranged over the surface at predetermined intervals and in a predetermined pattern. The cutting tools are arranged in circumferential direction of the cutting rotor along parallel imaginary lines, such that the left and right handed helices are formed of same length. The equal number of milling tools is arranged in each portion of milling tool.
