PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polypeptide(s)-carrying vectors suitable for presentation of the polypeptide to the immune system of mammalian hosts.SOLUTION: Provided is a polypeptide(s)-carrying CyaA vector comprising a Bordetella CyaA protein or a fragment thereof derived from Bordetella pertussis, Bordetella parapertussis or Bordetella bronchiseptica for suitable presentation of the polypeptide to the immune system of mammalian hosts, where the polypeptide(s)-carrying vector is used in: (i) immunotherapeutic treatment of a first determined pathological condition diagnosed in a mammalian host by eliciting a T cell immune response against a first group of epitopes contained in the polypeptide(s); and (ii) prophylaxis against a second determined pathological condition in the same mammalian host by eliciting a T cell memory immune response against a second group of epitopes contained in the polypeptide(s).SELECTED DRAWING: None
