PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an earthquake-resistant strength sufficiently by a simple construction.SOLUTION: A frame body comprises: a pair of suspending frame bodies 31; an upper frame connected between the upper parts of the suspending frame bodies 31; and a lower frame connected between the lower end parts of the suspending frame bodies 31. Each of the suspending frame bodies 31 includes: flat suspending stems 31a opposing balancing weight guide rails 12; and a pair of tabular flange parts 31b and 31c protruding from the flat suspending stems 31a to the side of a loading weight 22 and opposing each other. The two ends of each loading weight 22 in the width direction of a balancing weight device 10 are equipped with a plurality of slits 22a, into which the flange parts 31b and 31c are inserted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
