PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade driving device that is downsized in a plane surface direction orthogonal to an optical axis, and to provide an optical device provided with the blade driving device.SOLUTION: The blade driving device includes: a substrate that has an aperture; first and second blades that open and close the aperture; and first and second actuators that respectively drive the first and second blades. The first and second actuators respectively include first and second stators, first and second rotors, and first and second coils, and respectively drive the first and second blades via first and second driving members. The first driving member is arranged so as to overlap with the first stator and the first coil in an optical axis direction of the aperture, and the second driving member is arranged so as to overlap with the second stator and the second coil in the optical axis direction. |
