PURPOSE:To shorten the time required for image formation without degrading the sensitivity even in negative type processing by providing a photosensitive layer formed of a photosensitive compsn. in which an orthoquinone diazide compd., an alkali soluble resin and a compd. having a specific pyridine ring are incorporated on a base. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive layer formed of the photosensitive compsn. which contains the orthoquinone diazide compd., the alkali soluble resin and the compd. contg. the pyridine ring expressed by the formula I is provided on the base. In the formula, I, R1 and R2 respectively denote a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, 1 to 6C alkyl group, carboxyl group, amino group. The time for forming the negative images and particularly the time for a heat treatment at a relatively low temp. are shortened in this way without degrading the sensitivity. |
