PURPOSE: To protect the hydroxyl apatite layer atainst surface stress in transplanting, by making an area with a visible structure to have only a plane gradient by an angle within a specific range against a plane with a visible structure. CONSTITUTION: Pyramid bodies 1-6, each with four visible side faces, with same sizes tightly cover a transplanted body 7. A pyramid plane makes 45 deg.-60 deg. of an angle with the base plane overlapping to the main plane of this prosthesis. The angle can be changed as requested and the surface strength is increased as the angle becomes larger. A coating layer 11 consisting of hydroxyl apatite has about 50μm of thickness. Shear force 8 extended toward the main plane of the prosthesis is decomposed into a force component 9 to perpendicularly act on the pyramid surface by the pyramid arrangement and a reduced shear force component 10. Adhesive power of the coating layer or body tissue after the coating layer is absorbed is further supported by the surface porosity.
