PURPOSE: To obtain a transconductance (gm) in an input stage which is constant for the temperature by providing a unidirectional conductive semiconductor connected with a reference voltage source, a branching circuit serially connected with a polysilicon resistor, and means for impressing almost the same voltage to this semiconductor device and this branching circuit. CONSTITUTION: A circuit 1 is provided with two pairs of (p) channel transistors 21, 23, 25, and 27, the sources of the transistors 21 and 23 are connected with a Vdd, and the drains are respectively connected with the sources of the transistors 25 and 27. Also, the source of a transistor 33 is connected through a (pnp) transistor 37 with a reference voltage source Vss. The transistor 37 is a diode connection, and the base and collector are connected with the reference voltage source Vss. Moreover, the (p) channel device of each circuit is connected with the Vdd, and the common gate is connected with a connecting point between a polysilicon resistor and a complementary device serially connected with plural diodes connected in parallel. Thus, a circuit having a transconductance (gm) which is constant for the temperature can be obtained.
