PURPOSE:To prevent vibration of an automatic transmission by detecting vibration during the operation of speed change, and changing the clamping ratio of frictional elements of a forward/high clutch according to the kinds of speed change if the oil temperature when oil pressure is changed is reasonable. CONSTITUTION:In an automatic transmission 1, a sensor 11 as a vibration detecting means detects vibration during the operation of speed change and outputs an output signal to a control means 2. And a sensor 12 as an oil temperature detecting means detects the temperature of operating oil and outputs an output signal to a vibration preventing control circuit in the control means 2 according to the oil temperature. Moreover, any one of the forward clutch and the high clutch of a speed change kinds detecting means 13 is detected. And when the vibration detecting means 11 detects vibration, and also when the oil temperature detecting means detects the normal oil temperature, the control means 2 outputs the signal according to the kinds of speed change detected by the speed change kinds detecting means 13, and operating oil pressure is changed by oil pressure adjusting means 15F, 15H, and the clamping ratio of the forward clutch 14F to the high clutch 14H is changed, so as to prevent vibration. |
