An integrated broadcasting signal distribution system connected with the Internet is provided to distribute a broadcasting signal to each family efficiently, watch a desired broadcast program in the each family, and offer an Internet connection through a set-top box by connection between an IP network and the Internet. An integrated broadcasting signal distribution system comprises a broadcasting signal receiver(100), an MDU(Multi-Dwelling Unit) module(200), a switch unit(300), an IP(Internet Protocol) broadcasting providing server(700), and an MDU set-top box(400). The broadcasting signal receiver receives at least one of satellite broadcasting, terrestrial broadcasting, and cable broadcasting selectively. The MDU module receives a broadcasting signal through the broadcasting signal receiver, packetizes the received broadcasting signal, generates an IP mapping table, and transmits the IP mapping table with the packetized broadcasting signal in a multicast method. The IP broadcasting providing server provides a prestored broadcasting signal, and an IPTV(Internet Protocol Television) or VOD(Video On Demand) service through the switch unit. The MDU set-top box is connected to at least one PC(Personal Computer)(500) to provide the broadcasting signal received though the switch unit and the IP broadcasting providing server to the PC, and performs a medium function for connecting the PC to the Internet(600).
