Lighting fitting for illuminating large surfaces in the open, in halls or the like including an essential point shaped light source (1, 2), a first reflector (3) and a second reflector (12), whereby the first reflector is arranged in connection whith the light source and so that it reflects a first bundle of lights towards a second relfector which directs a second bundle of light against the surface to be illuminated. The second reflector (12) comprises a reflecting surface, which is arranged on a carrier means which is flexible at least in an edge area of the second reflector, and a body part (13) for carrying said carrier means, and adjustment means between the body part and said edge area for adjustment thereof with respect to the body part and thereby partial adjustment of the second bundle of light.
