PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film coated metal plate hardly whitened even if dipped in boiling water and capable of being subjected to molding processing. SOLUTION: A film coated metal plate is constituted by laminating an amorphous polyester film layer wherein an ethylene terephthalate unit is at least 90 mol.% and reducing viscosity is 0.80-1.1 dl/g to at least the single surface of a metal plate.
