PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor car having a compact structure, good assembling performance and water and dust proofness and capable of performing stable running. SOLUTION: A wheel hub is composed of a rotary casing 29 and a fixed easing 36, a transmission 28 for changing a gear ratio is provided in the hub, a motor 39 is provided to surround the outer periphery of the transmission 28, and a torque sensor 52 is provided for detecting the size of an input driving force. The torque sensor 52 is disposed side by side with the motor 39 in the longitudinal direction of an axle 18.
