摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of cracking on an exhaust branch part. SOLUTION: The ceramic thermal spraying 40 is applied to a part directly exposed to the exhaust, of a branch part 32e of a twin entry turbo-charger 30, that is, a partition 32c end part at an exhaust inlet part 32d. A surface comprising the ceramic spray coating 40 and opposite to the exhaust is formed into the round shape. Whereby the heat resistance of the exhaust branch part for branching the exhaust of high temperature is improved, the thermal stress of the branch part 32e is reduced, and the generation of cracking on the partition 32c can be prevented. By forming the surface opposite to the exhaust into the round shape, the concentration of the stress can be prevented, and the generation of cracking can be prevented more effectively.
