PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new composition having excellent flexibility, heat resistance, recycling efficiency, etc., and further improved processability such as extrusion moldability, calender processability, blow moldability, expansion moldability, injection moldability, centrifugal moldability, etc., and an extrusion molding, calender formed material, blow molding, expansion molding, injection molding, a centrifugal molding by these processing methods. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition essentially comprises (A) a thermoplastic resin having 0.001-100 g/10 minutes melt flow rate and >=1.7 die swell ratio by a capillary rheometer and (B) a specific olefin-based (co)polymer in the weight ratio of the component (A)/(B) of 5/95 to 95/5.
