FIXING STRUCTURE FOR SIDE EDGE OF A DOOR

A structure for fixing a side member of a door is provided to cover front and rear members and an intermediate member to improve external appearance by using the lateral member having recesses to which finishing members are fit. A structure for fixing a side member(9) of a door comprises front and rear members(3,5), an intermediate member(7), and the side member. The intermediate member is placed between the front and rear members. The side member has recesses(90), which are formed longitudinally. To fix the side member to the intermediate member, fastening members(92) are hammered into the recesses of the side member. Finishing members(94) are attached to the recesses of the side member by adhesives to fill the recesses.
