E-MAIL PROCESSING PROGRAM, ITS METHOD AND ITS DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program for processing e-mail capable of allocating a reply process to an inquiry by e-mail from a customer to a proper person in charge.

SOLUTION: A processing part identifies a person in charge having carried out, in the past, a reply process to an e-mail (parent e-mail) with an identification data C_ID assigned or an e-mail obtained based on the replay process based on the identification data C_ID included in title data of the received e-mail. The processing part allocates the reply process of the received e-mail to the identified person in charge (ST5).
