PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire screen sheave capable of making operation and height adjustment of a wheel from the indoor side when a wire screen is detachable even if it is a single sliding door and preventing the wheel from being derailed when the wire screen is uplifted after it has been positioned. SOLUTION: In the wire screen sheave device 1, a slider 15 is held in a case 13 to be slidable in the direction of the width of the wire screen and, at the same time, it has a slidable operation section 35, the slidable operation section 35 moves into a slot 37 longer in the direction of the width of the wire screen provided to the indoor side of a bottom rail 7 and, at the same time, it is operatable from the indoor side, an arm 17 is pivoted on the slider 15, an energizing member 21 is energized so as to always pivot the arm 17 below, a wheel height adjusting device 24 is provided to the upper part of the case 13 and is operatable from the indoor side, and when the slidable operation section 35 is located on the front end side of the direction of the width of the wire screen, the downward movement of the arm 17 is regulated, and when the slidable operation section 35 is located on the central section side in the direction of the width of the wire screen, the arm 17 is moveable down below.
