PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably maintain the engine rpm and improve stability of the behavior of a vehicle and fuel consumption performance even at the time of control on the generation of electric power by an alternator with a battery charged. SOLUTION: Since the amount of control on ISCV of a control device for the engine rpm at idle is corrected by making the switching operation of the target voltage of a battery a trigger, the engine rpm can be stably maintained even at the time of control on the generation of electric power by the alternator with the battery charged.
