摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonization apparatus capable of shortening a working hour required for heating and carbonizing a carbonized material and capable of improving working efficiency of carbonization work. SOLUTION: This carbonization apparatus is so structured that the carbonized material 82 is received in a capsule 30 capable of being put in and taken out of a carbonization furnace 20, then the capsule 30 is heated by bringing the inside of the carbonization furnace 20 into a high-temperature atmosphere in such a state that the capsule 30 is received in the carbonization furnace 20, and further the carbonized material 82 in the capsule 30 is heated and carbonized. When carbonization of the carbonized material 82 is completed, the capsule 30 is taken out of the carbonization furnace 20 and the carbonized material 82 is taken out of the capsule 30, regardless of an internal temperature of the carbonization furnace 20. Thus, it is unnecessary to wait for the carbonization furnace 20 to be enough cooled, when the carbonized material 82 is taken out thereof, and therefore carbonization treatment of the carbonized material 82 is efficiently conducted.
