PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic method for triazine derivative of high purity in high yield. SOLUTION: In this synthetic method, a compound represented by general formula (1) [wherein R is alkyl, aryl or heterocycle group; Q is alkylthio, arylthio, heterocyclothio group, -NR<SB>11</SB>NR<SB>12</SB>(R<SB>11</SB>and R<SB>12</SB>are each independently H, hydroxy, alkyl, aryl, heterocycle group; R<SB>11</SB>and R<SB>12</SB>may mutually connect to form a ring); and L is phenylene, naphthylene, or a divalent heterocycle group] is synthesized.
