PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying device and a carrying system capable of stably carrying even heavy long articles with different diameters. SOLUTION: A loading part on which the long article is placed is formed of a plurality of plate-like bodies connected to each other between adjacent members. These members connected to each other are formed rotatable at their connection parts so that predetermined angles can be maintained therebetween.
