摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an optically active homoallyl primary amine compound. SOLUTION: The method for production is carried out as follows. An N-homoallylimine compound is subjected to the 2-aza-Cope rearrangement in a solvent to provide an optically active N-homoallylimine compound. The resultant optically active N-homoallylimine compound is then hydrolyzed to produce the optically active homoallyl primary amine compound represented by general formula (3) (wherein, R<SP>3</SP>represents an -R<SP>a</SP>group, a -CHO group, a -C(=O)-R<SP>a</SP>group, a -COOH group or a -COO-R<SP>a</SP>group; Ra represents a hydrocarbon group which may have a substituent; and * indicates that the carbon atom is optically active).
