BASE STATION, MOBILE STATION, AND MOBILE COMMUNICATION METHOD

A WiMAX-compatible base station (BS) includes: allocation units (10B, 10C) which allocate DL-MAP as transmission information in a MAP region and a down burst as transmission information in a down burst region; and a transmission unit (10F) which transmits DL-MAP by a non-directivity beam and the downlink burst by a non-directivity beam or directivity beam. The allocation unit (10B) allocates transmission information in the MAP region and the down burst region in the frame structure. After this, if the allocation unit (10B) detects an unused region A where no transmission information is allocated, the allocation unit (10B) uses the detected unused region A so as to re-allocate the same down burst allocation information as the transmission information in the MAP region.
