THE MANUFACTURE METHOD OF A REFRIGERANT DISTRIBUTION PIPE FOR AIRCONDITIONER AND THE MANUFACTURED REFRIGERANT DISTRIBUTION PIPE BY THE METHOD

A refrigerant distribution pipe of an air conditioner and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remove any mechanical machining process, which should be carried out with high precision through several steps, or brazing binding process, thereby achieving the mass production of compact refrigerant distribution pipes. A method for manufacturing a refrigerant distribution pipe of an air conditioner includes the steps of preparing mixture of copper power and a binder in the range from 30-60volume% of the copper power, injection-molding the mixture in the shape of a distribution pipe by using molds, removing the binder and sintering the mold from which the binder is removed in a sintering furnace in reducing or vacuum at a temperature range from 800°C-1150°C. The binder is removed by carrying out a solvent-debinding step of melting the binder contained in the mold by using a solvent which contains normal hexane, heptane, or alcoholic components, and a thermal debinding step of burning the molten binder by heating the mold to remove the binder.
