PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television receiver which makes common parts and raises the efficiency of operations, thereby producing at a low cost in a power supply circuit in which a pattern design is difficult because of a noise radiation, and the power supply circuit. SOLUTION: The power supply circuit of a chopper system is formed on a vertical board 60, control ICs 60a, 60b are disposed at an outer edge in a circuit forming range of the power supply circuit of the chopper system of the vertical board 60, and radiator plates 70, 71 are attached to the control ICs 60a, 60b by screws 80, 81. Leading edges of the screws 80, 81 are protruded outside of the radiator plates 70, 71, these leading edges are engaged with grooves 90f, 90g formed on a side face of a shield plate 90, and then the shield plate 90 is fixed to the radiator plates 70, 71 and covers a surface of the vertical board 60.
