PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a combustion state when reset from a partial cylinder resting operation state satisfactory. SOLUTION: The fuel control device for the multi-cylinder multifuel internal combustion engine is provided with a variable cylinder system for resting operation of at least one cylinder of a plurality of cylinders (first to fourth cylinders 11a-11d) according to the operation condition, and can perform operation using a plurality of kinds of fuels (first fuel F1, second fuel F2) having different fuel properties singly or in admixture with each other. The fuel control device is provided with a fuel feeding control means (electronic control device 1) for performing operation using the fuel (second fuel F2) with high ignitibility of the fuel fed to the combustion chamber at reset from the cylinder resting operation.
