PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate joining by simplifying processes in a conventional method of joining precast concrete foundation blocks or precast concrete panels to each other, wherein minute workability is demanded for joining and much manual operation and time are required until completion because of requiring a plurality of processes even after joining. SOLUTION: The mutual joining of the precast concrete foundation blocks or precast concrete panels is simplified by using a wedge devised in its shape and deformed hat-shaped steel used as a guide for inserting the wedge.
