A display device is provided to increase a contact area between upper and lower chassis as preventing inflow of impurities, thereby preventing EMI(Electromagnetic Interference). A display panel(100) displays images. An upper chassis(800) receives the display panel. In the upper chassis, plural fastening holes(820,830) are formed in both side walls facing each other. A lower chassis(900) includes fastening units(912,914) coupled with the fastening hole. In at least one of the fastening holes, a protrusion unit(830) inwardly protruded as covering the fastening hole is prepared. The protrusion unit is contacted with the fastening unit of the lower chassis. |
