<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information presentation device or the like capable of presenting an optimum content according to a terminal device, and allowing the use of a seamless content astride a plurality of terminal devices. <P>SOLUTION: In this information presentation device, terminal information including one of the kind and operation environment of the terminal device presenting presentation information to a user is acquired, structured data prescribing a presentation format of a plurality of pieces of material data constituting the presentation information are previously stored, a replacement rule or replacement data for replacing the presentation format of the material data prescribed by the structured data are previously stored in each terminal information, the replacement rule or the like according to the terminal information and the structured data is acquired, all or a part of the presentation formats of the material data prescribed by the structured data is replaced by the use of the replacement rule or the like, and the presentation information is presented to the user.
