PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure of a connector which can suppress an effect that is given to electric contact owing to looseness arising between a male connector and a female connector. SOLUTION: When a packing 3 inserted into a terminal housing part 11 of a female connector 1 is pinched by a contact part 11b and a pinching part 23 in front and rear direction, a waterproof part 31 made of rubber is compressed in the front and rear direction and elastically deformed, and is widened as a whole in the up and down and right and left direction. By a spring force caused by the waterproof part 31 elastically deformed, a locking hole 12c and an insertion part 21b are firmly locked, and the positioning in front and rear direction of the female connector 1 and the male connector 2 is carried out. Furthermore, the waterproof part 31 widened in the up and down and the right and left direction is strongly pinched by the terminal housing part 11 and the insertion part 21, thereby, the positioning also in the up and down direction and the right and left direction of the female connector 1 and the male connector 2 is carried out through the terminal housing part 11 and the insertion part 21.
