PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high strength heat sink of good heat dissipation performance at a low cost.SOLUTION: In a flatting head for caulking by pressing from above and below thereby spreading to the side, the top surface consists of a concave surface 0101 on the top surface for receiving an upper press head from above, and a gentle convex surface 0102 on the top surface arranged contiguously to the concave surface on the top surface so as to expand to the side by pressing from an upper press head for the concave surface on the top surface.
