<p>A method of predicting risk of lung cancer recurrence in a patient after lung cancer treatment or a lung cancer patient is provided to improve prediction accuracy by determining the expression of markers for lung cancer. A method of predicting risk of lung cancer recurrence in a patient after lung cancer treatment or a lung cancer patient comprises the steps of: obtaining a biological sample from a lung cancer patient; determining the expression level of at least one marker gene selected from marker genes listed in the tables 1, 2 and 3 in the biological sample by measuring the mRNA(messenger RNA) or protein level derived from the marker gene; and determining whether the expression level of the marker gene corresponds to that of a recurrence group or a non-recurrence group.</p> |
