PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information notification method capable of notifying an electric power retailer of appropriate customer information.SOLUTION: An information notification method includes: receiving action information related to the action of a first customer (S11); estimating first electric power use information indicating the electric power usage of the first customer for each time by using the action information and standard electric power use information indicating electric power usage predetermined as standard electric power usage (S12); receiving a requested customer condition that an electric power retainer requests (S13); determining whether or not the first electric power use information is adapted to the requested customer condition (S14); and notifying the electric power retainer of first customer information related to the first customer when it is determined that the first power use information is adapted to the requested customer condition (S15).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
