<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell processing apparatus equipped with a control device which automates the operation of a fuel processor such as a fuel processor constituting a pant of a fuel processing apparatus including a fuel cell stack, wherein the fuel cell processing apparatus can monitor and/or control its operation thereby. <P>SOLUTION: A device and a method for controlling the fuel processing apparatus (10) are disclosed.
