The present invention relates to a brazier capable of adjusting thermal intensity, which cooks foods such as pizza and chicken meat by automatically adjusting the amount of air to be supplied to charcoal. The brazier capable of adjusting thermal intensity, essentially comprises: a cooking space unit which is installed at the uppermost part and includes a door for opening and closing; a charcoal tray space unit at the middle part; and an air supply space unit at the lower part, wherein a duct communicating with the cooking space unit is provided on the upper outer wall to discharge heat from an inner space unit to outside, so that charcoal is mounted on a charcoal tray installed inside the charcoal tray space unit; after closing the charcoal tray space unit by using a middle door, places a foodstuff on a cooking board of the cooking space unit, closes a small cooking board door or a large cooking board door of the cooking space unit, then uses a controller to set the temperature of the cooking space unit to cook the foodstuff; and if a temperature of the cooking space unit is lower than the temperature selected by the user, an air supply device is automatically operated to supply air to the charcoal to adjust the fire intensity. |
