PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel methods and compositions for safe and effective tumor vessel targeting, anti-angiogenesis, and tumor destruction.SOLUTION: The invention discloses a surprising discovery involved in a role of anionic phospholipid and amino phospholipid in a tumor vascular structure and virus invasion and spread, as well as compositions and methods for use these findings in the treatment of cancer and viral infection.
