PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system of a vehicle and a cooling method thereof, capable of efficiently cooling the vehicle by controlling ventilation of a radiator and other heat exchangers without increasing operation frequency of a cooling fan.SOLUTION: A cooling system of a vehicle comprises: a grille 10 of a vehicle 1 for taking in outside air; a cooling fan 7 provided on the downstream side of the grille 10; a radiator 6 and an intercooler 5 arranged in parallel at between the grille 10 and the cooling fan 7 to form a cooling module 9; a movable louver mechanism 13 for closing or opening the grille 10; a duct 14 for introducing outside air from the grille 10 to the cooling module 9; and an ECU 11 that controls cooling such that when cooling only the radiator 6, a second louver 13b is opened to open an opening 10c for the radiator for introducing outside air only to the radiator 6, and when cooling only the intercooler 5, only a first louver 13a is opened to open an opening 10b for the intercooler for introducing outside air only to the intercooler 5. |
