Disclosed are a resistance reducing apparatus for a ship, a unit for manufacturing the same and a manufacturing method thereof. The resistance reducing apparatus for a ship according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: frame parts arranged on the deck of the ship's bow; and a plurality of panels covering spaces between the frame parts so as to reduce the resistance exerted by fluid on the shipped cargoes.
