PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED power supply circuit capable of notifying a user of a degree of how much the LED light is reduced by an initial illuminance correction function, and an LED lighting device using the same.SOLUTION: The LED power supply circuit comprises: a current supply circuit for converting an alternating current input voltage to direct current and supplying the conversion output to an LED; and a control unit having an initial illuminance correction function which reduces the conversion output to below a rated output on the basis of a cumulative lighted time of the LED. The control unit is composed so as to determine a correction output value derived from a rated output value by reducing it on the basis of the cumulative lighted time, and to control the current supply circuit referring to the rated output value as a target value for output before a prescribed period elapses, and after the prescribed period has elapsed, to control the current supply circuit by referring to the correction output value as a target value for output. |
