PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-alcoholic beverage imparted with alcohol sensation, the manufacturing method thereof, and a method for imparting alcohol sensation to a non-alcoholic beverage.SOLUTION: A lower aliphatic compound having a methylthio group (e.g. 2-(methylthio)ethanol, 3-(methylthio)propyl acetate, 3-(methylthio)propionic acid, and 3-(methylthio)propanol) is blended in an addition amount of 10 ppb or more relative to a non-alcoholic beverage so that the content of 2-(methylthio)ethanol, 3-(methylthio)propyl acetate, or 3-(methylthio)propionic acid is 10 ppb or more, or the content of 3-(methylthio)propanol is 37 ppb or more. |
