A portable water purifier is provided to allow a user to drink easily drinking water reduced into alkaline water while carrying a container of the portable water purifier easily, minimize the volume of the portable water purifier, maintain and manage the portable water purifier conveniently, and reduce drinking water promptly using a reducing agent. A portable water purifier(100) comprises: a container(110) including a housing space(110a) of which an inner part is sealed, and which has an opening formed in a top part thereof, and a cover part(111) joined with the opening to seal or open the housing space; a filter(120) including a stepped height(121) formed in the same size as an end portion of the opening of the container to house the filter in an upper part of a filling space in a state that the stepped height is placed on an upper end portion of the opening of the container, a flange(122) integrally extending in the downward direction from the stepped height, and a filtering mesh(123) installed on an inner periphery of the flange and disposed in an upper part of the housing space, the filtering mesh being made of activated carbon and a nanosilver component to adsorb and collect alien particles contained in liquid passing through the filtering mesh; and a reduction cartridge(130) including a case(132) which is positioned on a bottom part of the container, which has a fixing groove formed on a bottom face thereof such that the case is fitted to a support(110b) vertically formed on the center of a bottom face of the housing space of the container, of which top and bottom portions are curved in a convex shape, which has a plurality of through holes(132a) formed in an outer portion thereof, and in which a mineral reducing agent comprising magnesium, antibacterial material, tourmaline, ceramic and carbon is contained to reduce water filled in the housing space into alkaline water.
