Disclosed in the invention are a device to device (D2D) communication method, system and device, for realizing D2D communication when a same group has D2D terminals of different cells, so as to satisfy an existing half-duplex communication constraint. The method comprises: acquiring, by a current D2D terminal, group information of a D2D terminal in an adjacent cell, wherein the current D2D terminal and the D2D terminal in the adjacent cell belong to a same group within a preset range, the group information at least comprising a group identifier of the group containing the D2D terminal in the adjacent cell; transmitting, by the current D2D terminal, the group information to a service base station so as to enable the base station to determine a scheduling policy according to the group information; when the current D2D terminal transmits data, scheduling, according to the scheduling policy, the current D2D terminal to transmit data, and according to the scheduling policy, when the current D2D terminal transmits data, the D2D terminal in the adjacent cell in the same group does not transmit data.
