摘要 A method and device for dynamically allocating the linear density and a blending ratio of yarn through five-component asynchronous drafting. The device comprises drafting and twisting systems; and the drafting system comprises a first-level drafting unit, a second-level drafting unit and a combining and twisting unit in back-and-forth arrangement, the first-level drafting unit comprising a combined rear roller (15) and a middle roller (3), and the second-level drafting unit comprising a front roller (1) and the middle roller (3). The method controls a mixing ratio of five components and dynamic change of the linear density through a first-level asynchronous drafting mechanism and controls the size of reference linear density through second-level synchronous drafting. Through the method and the device, not only can accurate control on the change of the linear density of yarn, such as the shape of nubby yarn attached to reference yarn, be realized, but also the change of color of the yarn, such as the colors of the nubby yarn and the reference yarn thereof, be accurately controlled; and meanwhile, through controlling the middle roller to rotate at a constant set speed, the reproducibility of the pattern and the color of variable linear density yarn is ensured, and the spinning effect is more stable.
