PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure an interlinkage magnetic flux amount of a permanent magnet motor with high precision for even rotation of a rotor caused by inertia.SOLUTION: An interlinkage magnetic flux amount measuring device for a permanent magnet motor includes an attenuation amount determination unit 12 for determining the attenuation amount of an induced voltage measured under a free running state on the condition that the time variation of the induced voltage is assumed as an exponential attenuation, a correction unit 13 for calculating a correction sampling time point by correcting a sampling time point of a time sequence corresponding to deceleration of the rotation speed of the permanent magnet rotor based on an attenuation exponent function having the attenuation amount, and further calculating a corrected induced voltage and a correction rotation angle at the corrected sampling time point, a corrected induced voltage amplitude value calculator 14 for calculating the amplitude value of the corrected induced voltage, and an interlinkage magnetic flux amount calculator 15 for calculating, as an interlinkage magnetic amount for the permanent magnet motor, a value obtained by dividing the amplitude value of the corrected induced voltage by the rotation speed value at the start time of the free running state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
