PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a folded shape of a sheet-like article folded compact which hardly generates wrinkles by reducing the number of trials.SOLUTION: A folded shape calculation system of a sheet-like article acquires the initial shape data of a sheet-like article, the initial shape data of a loading tool in which beam elements can freely bend in the nodes, the loading data given to the nodes of the beam element of the loading tool, a contact definition between the sheet-like article and the loading tool including the unseparated state of the beam elements on the loading tool from above the sheet-like article and a moving state on the sheet-like article without friction, and restrain data for restraining the moving route of the specific node of the beam elements of the loading tool, and calculates the folded shape of the sheet-like article when the sheet-like article is given a load, based on a finite element method using a dynamic explicit method, using the acquired data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 27 |
