PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication device that can perform quick handover with no scan.SOLUTION: Plural base stations are installed in a moving space, and a mobile communication device performs radio communications with the base stations, and makes a flight along a traveling route set in the moving space. When the radio communication quality with a currently communicating base station is equal to or less than a predetermined value, a voxel group existing in the vicinity of the traveling route ahead of the current position is set as an evaluation voxel group, a base station which has comprehensively high radio communication quality in the evaluation voxel group is specified as a switching destination base station, and a communication channel is switched so as to establish communications with the switching destination base station.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
