PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an allocating device capable of changing an allocation of a countermeasure device in response to a variation of a menace degree on a geospatial space along with a variation in time.SOLUTION: An allocating device is constituted by including a menace degree calculating part 1, an allocating part 2, and a durability degree updating part 3. The menace degree calculating part 1 has observation information 5, information 6 on protection facility, a spatial constraint condition 7, menace degree 8 corresponding to the type of menace and a degree of durability 9 of menace that are inputted. The menace degree calculating part 1 calculates a menace degree on the basis of the observation information 5, the information 6 on protection facility, the spatial constraint condition 7, the menace degree 8 corresponding to the type of menace and the degree of durability 9 of menace. The allocating part 2 asks for an allocation of countermeasure force of the countermeasure device on the basis of a menace degree calculated by the menace degree calculating part 1 and countermeasure force information 10 and outputs an asked countermeasure force allocating information 4 to a memory of the allocating device. In addition, the durability degree updating part 3 calculates a degree of durability of menace on the basis of the countermeasure allocating information 4 inputted from the allocating part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
